Assessing credit worthiness

A credit assessment can be understood as being an investigation of a debitor on his credit standing. This process is generally binding regularised in section 18 of the banking act. Especially for credits that exceed 750,000 Euros this check-up is obligatory for banks and is being monitored by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) respectively in the context of the annual inspection of credit institutes.

However, even demands for smaller amounts of money should involve credit assessments.

On request Morison Köln runs the credit assessment for you. We would also enjoy to assist you with the creation of analyses and evaluations, which are essential to obtain a credit.
