Due diligence examinations

The object of a contract of sale or respectively contract of purchase, which can be part of a business or even a complete business in the context of a merger, is being examined before the acquisition is realised (due dilligence): An auditor creates an analysis of any fiscal, organisational, financial and commercial circumstances of the target business, to support the decision of the contracting parties.

The focus of the due diligence can be as agreed:

  • Financial due diligence
  • Tax due diligence
  • Commercial due diligence
  • Legal due diligence

The due diligence inspection improves the position of the advised trade partner. In the context of a due diligence inspection with focus on the finances among other things we perform the following services:

  • Progress analysis of asset, financial and profit status of a business in the past and plausibility check of the scheduled future progress,
  • Identification of valuable factors as well as circumstances, which could possibly be used to find the real purchase price
  • Singularization and identification of areas of risk within the business,
  • Analysis of surrounding facts of the business as well as its market and competitive initial position.

Within a due dilligence audit for a potential buyer of a company we analyse your business environment to support your future acquisition in the best way possible.
